Guilford Water Pump Station
Baltimore, MD

Studio 50 Design was retained by Hatch Mott MacDonald during the evaluation stage of this project, to provide the architectural consultation and bid documentation.  This design demanded a sensitive and community-interactive approach to the historic site.  The existing Guilford Water Pump Station required limited scope of work for the architectural renovations, which included masonry cleaning, door and window replacement, along with new louver location to accommodate the new pumping systems.  A new Electrical and Hypochlorite Building were also proposed.  The design intent of the new Electrical and Hypochlorite Building was to match the existing pump station's architectural fenestration.

Project Budget: $16,500,000
